Widely prized for its sweet, mild taste and delicate texture, Barramundi has been favourably compared to striped bass, red snapper, grouper and other premium white fish. Hormone and Antibiotic free. The ocean farm creates clean salt water through natural filtration. All the Fish are Friends of the Sea certified which entails following a strict set of international guidelines.
