RARE Heart 18K Gold French Photo Locket, French Edwardian Shaker Locket c. 1900

Featuring a rare and sought after shape, this heart locket is a sentimental piece guarded preciously through the ages. It is crafted from two heart cut pieces of beveled glass sandwiched together in a gold frame with a twist top. This makes it possible to include a photo which can be placed between the two glass sides. CONDITION NOTES: There are scratches to the glass and some nibbles to the beveled glass edge which are hidden by the frame. It's a used item, with condition consistent with age.
