American DIPA | 8% ABV | Citra, Alora & Nectaron Second beer of a two parter series paying respect to the OGs celebrating their 15th down the shore. We visited @kanebrewing year 1 during our business planning phase and they were kind enough to answer all our questions and provide some guidance. We have always had respect for what they have accomplished and wish them luck with the next 15 😜. This beast is a big, plush and fermented with a particularly vibrant London ale yeast. It’s saturated with ripe peach, mango, pineapple, passionfruit and juicy orange, but the hop blend keeps the tropical character layered rather than one dimensional. A soft pilsner, wheat and oat heavy grist gives it a pillowy body underneath all that fruit. Full and expressive without drinking sharp, basically tropical fruit turned all the way up.
