Vintage 1996 OOAK Hartrick Bear Co. “Scotty” by Ruth Boothroyd – 17″ Woodwool Mohair Bear

An exceptional vintage UK artist teddy bear named “Scotty,” handcrafted in November 1996 by Ruth Boothroyd for the Hartrick Bear Company. Scotty is a true One-off Bear (1/1 OOAK). ​Standing at approximately 17 inches tall, Scotty is crafted from vintage gold crushed-pile mohair, traditional woodwool stuffing, and genuine suede paw pads. He features hand-set glass eyes, a working tilt growler, and wears his original cream silk cravat. ​Complete with his stitched fabric foot label and original handwritten artist Certificate of Authenticity swing tag.
