Can I enrol if I don’t have a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence? Yes. You’ll be able to follow the lessons and use simulated activities when premium tools or organisational permissions are not available. Some optional hands-on tasks may require particular licences or permissions in your own tenant. Do I have to follow a weekly schedule? No. All ten modules unlock together when your paid access is activated. You can study in any order and revisit the materials during your 12-month access period. How do I earn the Self-Paced completion certificate? Complete all the required lessons and pass each module quiz at 80% or higher. Retakes are unlimited. Is EAPA Grad® included in the £995 course fee? No. EAPA Grad® is an optional assessed route costing an additional £500 + VAT. It includes a submitted workflow project, recorded walkthrough and personalised feedback. Only learners meeting the assessment standard earn the designation. Will I get access to Paul? The planned programme includes the Ask Paul learning assistant and six monthly group clinics during your first six months of access. Individual coaching and formal project assessment are not part of the core course fee. Is this the same as the live EAPA programme? No. Self-Paced covers the ten key topic areas in a streamlined format. EAPA Live is a more intensive 35-hour, cohort-based programme with deeper direct tuition and implementation guidance.
