Round off 2026 the right way with a 5 course wine dinner with Chef Joery Castel Originally from Holland and now based in Northern Ireland, Joery brings a wealth of culinary expertise—from his celebrated tenure as Head Chef at Castle Leslie to founding The Boat House in Belfast, which earned 3 AA rosettes and recognition in the Sunday Times' Top 100 UK Restaurants. On the night, Chef Joery's incredible menu can be paired with some of our best wines, including Champagne. As this this a set menu event we unfortunately cannot cater for any dietary restrictions.
