Petite Sirah is one of California's boldest grapes, prized for its deep colour, rich fruit and impressive structure. This family-crafted example captures everything that makes the variety so appealing, combining generous flavours with remarkable balance. Produced using sustainably farmed vineyards, it is a superb match for grilled meats, slow-cooked dishes and mature cheeses. Taste Deep purple in the glass, this is full-bodied and intensely flavoured. Layers of blackberry, boysenberry and blueberry are joined by notes of black pepper, baking spice and dark chocolate. Twelve months in American oak adds hints of vanilla and toasted cedar, while firm yet polished tannins carry the wine through to a long, satisfying finish.
