Claude can do far more than answer questions. Used effectively, it can help you work with documents, research and summarise information, develop reusable workflows and handle everyday workplace tasks more efficiently. This practical, hands-on course gives you a solid foundation in using Claude confidently at work. You’ll learn how to write effective prompts, work with uploaded files and documents, create and manage Projects, customise Claude to suit the way you work and build reusable outputs. You’ll also explore Claude’s more advanced capabilities, including Skills, Connectors, Plugins and Cowork, and understand how these tools fit together to create more repeatable ways of working. Throughout the course, we’ll cover responsible AI use, including privacy, fact-checking, recognising bias and knowing when human judgement needs to take the lead
