KCX AF Active Foam 5L

Active Foam KCX AF Active Foam is a highly concentrated, phosphate- and NTA-free cleaning foam formulated with anionic surfactants to deliver superior cleaning performance. Featuring a distinctive sandalwood fragrance, this product is engineered for gantry washing systems, automated wash systems, self-service carwashes, and manual hand washing applications. The formula provides effective soil removal while safeguarding vehicle paintwork and extending brush longevity. VDA Class A conformity ensures rapid reaction time (maximum 5 minutes) and optimal application concentration ratios. Application Guidelines: Apply undiluted or diluted up to 1:10 using a dosing pump. Recommended dosages: foam and self-service systems, 3–8 ml per vehicle; shampoo applications, 1–3 ml per vehicle; hand washing, 1:300 dilution ratio. Due to higher product viscosity, pre-dilution may be necessary to optimize dosing pump delivery capacity.
