Oyster Tasting Kit for 6

Gather a group of friends together and sample some of the Pacific Northwest finest oysters. This box contains 5 dozen oysters, and for the first time ever, we've got all 3 species that we grow in the same box. You'll be you to compare and contrast 3 different species (Pacific, Olympia, and Kumamoto), 2 different growing methods (Tumbled vs Beach Grown) and 2 different growing regions (Hood Canal and Skookum Inlet). Quantities are limited — Hamamotos are slow-growing and rare, and Olympias are also just coming into their season (although look for them in our Holiday Farm Sampler, coming soon!). If this release sells out, our regular Farm Sampler is available year-round. Oyster Size Beach-grown Pacific oysters have a 2.75–3" shell length — ideal for enjoying raw, though large enough for grilling or roasting. Tumbled Pacific oysters have a shell length between 2 and 2.75 inches. The Kumamoto and Olympia oysters have a 1.5" to 2" shell length.
