Large-format fiber laser marking with precision XYZ gantry positioning The Enclosed Fiber Laser Marking Machine is a large-format industrial laser marking system designed for applications requiring a generous 1200 × 800mm working area and precise automated XYZ positioning. Powered by a 30W JPT EM7 fiber laser source and equipped with a high-speed galvo scanning head, the machine combines rapid laser marking with a robust enclosed design. Its 1200 × 800 × 400mm XYZ travel, LeadShine servo drive system and genuine TBI ball screws provide controlled movement across the working area. The machine incorporates an XYZ gantry system for large-area positioning, while the high-speed galvo scanner provides rapid laser beam positioning for marking. The fully enclosed Class I laser configuration incorporates safety interlocks that stop laser emission and XYZ movement when a door is opened. For normal operation, the supplier recommends working at speeds below 3,000mm/s. XYZ Gantry Motion System An automated XYZ gantry system provides 1200 × 800 × 400mm travel for positioning across the working area. The system uses LeadShine servo motors and drivers together with genuine TBI ball screws.
