Strawberry, cherry and pomegranate pushed through a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation with wine yeast until the fruit goes completely feral. Bankilal from Chiapas, Mexico steps in with the darker side of the story: citrus, dark berries, caramel and a creamy sweetness that gives the whole thing some serious weight.
