This brush is made from squirrel hair, dyed to resemble Canada squirrel. Squirrel is the softest of the traditional brush materials, valued for a gentle touch and a generous, even laydown of powder across the cheek — a completely different character to the firm precision fibres, and chosen deliberately for that softness. Tanseido selected this hair for its markings, which carry the distinctive banded pattern of Canada squirrel. Made by hand in their Kumano workshop, in very limited numbers. Exclusive to Fude Beauty.
