Vintage Socradel Ceramic Ashtray Made in France

PATCH NYC founders Don and John love to visit vintage markets whenever they travel and we are pleased to offer a selection of their special finds. Here, a wonderful example of a vintage French advertising product: a ceramic ashtray for Socradel, a Paris based company that produced transistor radios in the 1930's. We love the unusual design of this ashtray and how the circular shape is disrupted by the Socradel shield but our favorite feature is the beautiful deep malachite green color of the glaze. Oh la la! This is a terrific decorative piece. Ceramic. Measures about 4.5" x 4.25" x 1" high. See photo for bottom labelling. Sold individually. Made in France.
