Cucharillo

This is a handcrafted tequila named Cucharillo, aged over 23 years, with a conical earth oven and Tahoma mill. It undergoes natural fermentation in wooden barrels and double distillation in a copper alembic. The aroma is reminiscent of a forest walk after rain, with notes of pine, moss, wet earth, and minerals, followed by a rich palate of wood, lemon peel, red cherry, and honey. Produced in March 2022.
