Forest Floor Chabu

These chabu are crafted from reclaimed antique cloth, hand-dyed with plants, tea, and iron. The slow dyeing process allows pigments to gradually penetrate the fibers, producing rich, earthy tones that deepen and evolve with time. Each piece is one of a kind: the side that rested directly against the dye takes on a stronger, more vibrant color, while the reverse is softer and more subdued. The size of these chabu is approximately 71cm in length and 31cm in width. It is a wonderful size for gongfu tea or smaller bowl tea sessions. [split]Plant dyed chabu
