Pork Butcher Class
Grab your knives and head to the block, chefs. During this two hour intensive, our bad ass butchers will be teaching you how to properly breakdown a whole hog. From cutting, de-boning, and slicing, this class offers you the chance for some hands-on butchery experience, while hanging out with our very cool team and learning a bit more about what we do here at The Wise Ox. Expect to leave with 8+ lbs of fresh-cut pork, sausages, and more.
