LEARN TO KNIT - FIRST STEPS

Would You Love To Learn To Knit? Come and enjoy this friendly and relaxed beginners hand knit workshop at my studio in Oxfordshire, England! This single workshop is for absolute beginners, or those of you who are wanting a refresh. You will be working with a pair of single pointed needles. You will learn how to work a simple cast on, a knit stitch, a purl stitch, how to cast off, and how to pick up those accidental dropped stitches. You will spend time practising these initial first steps to help you at the start of your new and exciting knitting journey! If you would like to come back for further knitting workshops after this initial session, we can also chat through the next steps that are perfect for you. This workshop will have a maximum of 4 people to ensure you get lots of one to one help and advice. FAQs What skill level is this workshop? Beginner Where is the event held? My Art/Design Studio , Eynsham Park Estate, Cuckoo Lane, North Leigh, Oxfordshire, England OX29 6PW My studio is set within the grounds of Eynsham Hall in a creative community of artists, designers and crafts people. We love it here..... and we hope you do too! My studio is a working design studio and painting studio which I open it up for some workshops and get-togethers throughout the month. How many people will there be a this workshop? Minimum - 3 people for the workshop to run Maximum - 4 people Is there parking at the event? There is a customer car park on site, so parking is easy and convenient. Is there disabled access? My studio is situated on the first floor, with access via a single flight of stairs. This is the only access available. If you have any questions regarding access, do contact me to before you book your place. What about refreshments? Tea and coffee and home-made cake are included and available during the the morning. Can I cancel my ticket? Yes you can cancel your ticket up to 7 days before the workshop to allow time for another person to take your place. If you find you can't make it it to the meet-up between 1 and 6 days before the workshop, we are happy for you to transfer your ticket to a friend.
