APPLE FRITTER - BLEND

Apple Fritter is the light roast of our new Co-Ferment Trio. Apple Fritter is as sweet as it sounds, blending a berry forward natural Ethiopian with an intense Colombian green apple honey process co-ferment. Rich notes of baking spices, caramel and of course green apple hit you as soon as you open the bag, and only magnify in intensity as you brew the coffee. This is a coffee for people who love fruit-like sweetness and acidity in their coffee, especially if that fruit is green apple. This coffee stands out best on filter, and for those brave enough to try it on espresso we recommend a slightly larger ratio of 1 to 3, or even 1 to 4 to give enough room for all the flavour being extracted.
