Decay - West Coast IPA

4 Pack - 16oz Cans WEST COAST IPA • 7.2% DECAY is an eroded, disintegrated, bare bones West Coast style IPA. With a malt bill off 100% Pilsner malt - Decay is dry, golden, hoppy, and resinous. Hot side hopping was “de-composed” of CTZ, Nelson & Citra to lay down a fruity but DANK base that straight up reeks. Post fermentation, we DESTROYED the beer with more Nelson and Citra, plus a sprinkling of Chinook and CTZ. The final composition is the perfect blend of a dank resinous hop character that sticks to the top of your mouth, but with lighter fruity notes of passion fruit, blueberry, and Sauvignon Blanc.
