Cha Cha is known for her top hats - she makes a variety of shapes and sizes, all with her signature poetic quality and rich, thoughtful details. We love a top hat for summer. We've done a variation on this one for a few years now. It's equally at home with dressed up, dressed down, or as the star of your festival fit.
