An epic acorn and dog clip chain extender / bail !!! Made of 9ct gold, the plump acorn has crosshatch chasing over the cup and smooth gold for the nut. The dogclip which is faceted around the curve, is attached to the tip of the acorn, making this the ideal chain extender. The piece is super versatile as it also works really well as a bail to add pendants to a chain. Partial makers mark visible on one side of the acorn. The acorn was a popular symbol during the Victorian era, and has continued to be popular into the 20th century.
