Fat-soluble color – Brown – 50g

These aluminium-based food colorings are used to color oil-based products such as chocolate, buttercream, as well as coating for candy and baked goods. The color does not run, making it especially suitable for creating designs where the colors need to sit side by side. THE COLOR CANNOT BE DISSOLVED IN WATER. ADVANTAGES •     Ideal for fatty substances, such as chocolate. •     The color is less intense than the water-soluble types.
