This product is a Honduran coffee from Delicias, El Paraíso, grown at 1350–1500 meters above sea level and processed anaerobically for 50 hours. It is dried in direct sunlight for 20–25 days and then filtered and roasted by Swerl Coffee Roasters in Sweden.
