Clay in the Potter’s Hands Vision for 2026

1/30/26 In early January, I felt led to contact my prophetic mentor since 1995, CINDY. After a short conversation with her about the new year not telling her exactly what I am sensing, on January 15 she had a vision. Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.” Habakkuk 2:2. “I see a nearly dried out lump of brown clay. A large hand (Jesus?) picks it up, adds water from His Hands and begins to mold it into a cistern on a pedestal.” As instructed by her, I prayed for an interpretation. Immediately I got two scriptures. “But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4:14. For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring. Isaiah 44:3. As humans we are dirt formed from the ground as in Genesis 2: 7. In effect, we are clay in the Potter’s hands. Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. “The creation of man from the dust of the earth is a foundational concept in the biblical account of human origins. This act of forming man from the earth signifies both the divine craftsmanship and the humble beginnings of humanity.” Yet You, Lord, are our Father. we are the clay, You are the Potter; we are all the work of Your hand. Isaiah 64:8. So, Cindy’s vision is easy to interpret. As for me I know I am a dried lump of clay waiting for the Master Potter to pour the Living Waters on me afresh. And, hopefully, molding me into a cistern to hold those Living Waters for others who might need to drink. “A cistern is a waterproof receptacle for holding liquids, usually water. Cisterns are often built to catch and store rainwater. Cisterns are distinguished from wells by their waterproof linings.” Did you see the explanation of what a cistern is? To hold RAINWATER without it leaking out… a waterproof vessel. In Cindy’s vision, He is molding her and I believe us, if we let Him, into vessels to hold the waters that are coming. How do we leak? Sin and disobedience. What is marvelous is that I did not tell Cindy of God’s revelation for the new year 2026. Which leads me to believe the Lord is on His way to pour out His Spirit to refresh us in a mighty way. All Who Are Thirsty. All who are thirsty All who are weak Come to the fountain Dip your heart in the stream of life Let the pain and the sorrow Be washed away In the waves of his mercy As deep cries out to deep (We sing) Come Lord Jesus come I will give rest to those who are tired. I will satisfy those who are weak. Jeremiah 31: 25.
