What is inside 4x Placali 1kg, frozen Placali is a smooth, fermented cassava paste widely eaten in Côte d'Ivoire. It is traditionally served in soft rounds alongside rich sauces, most often sauce graine made from palm fruit. It has a mild flavour, which allows it to carry bold, well-seasoned sauces. If you have eaten fufu before, placali sits in the same family. It is filling, simple, and made for proper home cooking. Shape into balls and serve alongside Sauce Graine. Palm Fruit Pulp: Soak in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes. Squeeze and strain. Add meat, fish, or vegetables and simmer until cooked through.
