Let’s Wrap it Up! Join Northborough jewelry and watercolor artist Sue Fleishman, as she walks you through the steps to make a one-of-a-kind wire-wrapped pendant, using your choice of handcrafted glass beads. (Bring your own or choose one from our wide selection). This 1 ½-hour workshop is perfect for those who have taken our glass beadmaking introduction workshop and want to turn their beads into wearable works of art. Or, if you’ve purchased gemstones and aren’t quite sure what to do with them, this workshop is for you. Sue will review the different size (gauge) wires and tools that are used to create two pieces of wire-wrapped jewelry – a pendant and pair of hoop earrings. She will also show you how to create your pieces using simple household items, such as markers and paint brush handles, so you can use your new skills at home. All materials included; no experience necessary.
