Place the sharpener on a flat, stable surface. Turn on the device. Insert the blade into the guide according to the markings. Pull the blade smoothly from root to tip: 3–5 times at 360°, 2–4 at 600°, 1–3 at 1000°. When finished, wipe the edge with a cloth and rinse the knife. Turn off the device. Empty the swarf container according to the instructions.
