Condition: Slightly used core, new key This Medeco M3 cutaway padlock core is designed for study, display, and picking practice. The cutaway exposes the key pin and sidebar interaction that defines the Medeco M3 platform while maintaining functional operation. The design is well suited for hands-on learning, with feedback intended to remain close to the feel of an unmodified core. Includes a new key. Jordan the Locksmith is a full-time locksmith and custom cutaway maker. He has been picking locks since around 2010 and has worked professionally as a locksmith since 2017. Jordan began making cutaways in 2019 as a way to better understand lock mechanics and improve his own picking, starting with simple hand tools before moving into more precise mill work. His cutaways are made to remain functional, clearly expose the internal mechanics, and hold up to real hands-on use. All Chop Shop Customs are non refundable.
