Romeo and Juliette

Romeo and Juliette is a one-of-a-kind original graphite drawing created for my Nurtured by Nature solo show. This piece is less Shakespeare and more antler boy and cat lady cuddle time. The two forest-born characters lounge together in a soft, unguarded moment, all tangled limbs, relaxed poses, and quiet affection. Rendered in delicate graphite, the drawing focuses on closeness, comfort, and that cozy feeling of being safe with someone who understands you. Like the rest of the Nurtured by Nature series, this piece celebrates gentleness, care, and love expressed through simply being near.
