Cosmic Numbing Spray - 4oz

Contains maximum Lidocaine allowed by the FDA. Contains only three simple ingredients: 5% Lidocaine Hydrochloride, 0.025%, Epinephrine Hydrochloride and purified water. Maximum strength numbing spray is designed for fast-acting pain relief during pain-sensitive procedures, including but not limited to tattoo, piercing, and permanent makeup procedures. The active ingredient, lidocaine hydrochloride, works with epinephrine to constrict the blood vessels to reduce swelling and bleeding. Safe for use during procedures on open or broken skin, except for eyeliner.
