Flour Chylde Kitchen Series: Sourdough in June
Looking for a thoughtful Father’s Day gift or a memorable way to spend the weekend together? Join us for the next class in the Flour Chylde Kitchen Series, our hands-on workshop experience designed to bring you into the heart of what we do. This interactive class focuses on the fundamentals of gluten-free sourdough, from building and maintaining a healthy starter to shaping a beautiful loaf of bread. Together, we’ll cover sourdough starter care, dough handling techniques, and simple ways to incorporate flavor and texture into your baking at home. Guests will also enjoy a live Muhammara demonstration featuring the smoky, sweet and tangy Middle Eastern spread made with roasted red peppers, walnuts and gluten-free breadcrumbs, along with a family-style gluten-free grazing board shared during class. Each guest will leave with two recipe cards and their own dough to bake at home the next day. Join Karen & Jacquelyn on Sunday, June 14 from 10am to 12pm. $155 per guest.
