'Ramapo' Rhododendron - 2 Gallon Potted Shrub

A beautiful dwarf evergreen Rhododendron that is extremely cold hardy to -30F, 'Ramapo' features abundant clusters of lavish and breathtakingly beautiful bright purple flowers in early to mid spring. The glaucous blue-green to gray-green evergreen foliage of this selection develops a lovely bronze cast during the winter months. At around 3 feet tall and 4 feet wide, Ramapo is a wonderful accent in smaller garden spaces and pots, or in groupings or as a low hedge in larger spaces. We hear this one will tolerate full sun in cool-summer climates.
