BKM Electrolytes was created to close a gap our founders, Swedish former top athletes, kept running into: most electrolytes are built for heavy sweating and pack in far more sodium than your body needs on an ordinary day. So we built an electrolyte you can genuinely drink every day. The sodium is calibrated lower for daily use and scales with your effort: 1 scoop on a normal day, and 2 when you train hard. Guérande sea salt and coconut water powder deliver a full-spectrum mineral base, NAC supports glutathione, the body's own antioxidant, and a prebiotic and probiotic gut layer (inulin + LactoSpore®) helps you absorb what you take. Acerola Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and selenium round out the formula. Naturally sweetened with stevia, no added sugar.
