Description: In this 55% dairy-free dark milk, we use dried coconut instead of dried dairy milk (typically found in "milk" chocolate) in the base chocolate. All the creamy sweetness that we love in a milk chocolate shines through just without the dairy. A much higher percentage of cacao solids than a 'typical' milk chocolate means this vegan chocolate bar appeals to all - dark lovers and milk lovers alike. To further highlight the flavors, we sprinkle some of Hawaii's world famous sea salt from Molokai on the back of each bar.
