Cooking Class cost $195.00 Member cost $185 I love the way Italians can transform pasta to the most delicious and imaginative dishes. In this class the transformation is ravioli. We are making 2 fillings for the ravioli sauced up with seasonal vegetables from our kitchen garden as well as classic Osso Bucco. Risotto will become one of your go to dishes for family and friends after this class, it is all about getting the flavour and texture correct to create a silky, smooth, wholesome risotto.
