The woman in the moon represents my mother, Grace Isabelle Vickers, who lost her life to cancer on her birthday, May 12th, 1995. Mom was like the mountain, solid in her faith in god and her love of family, friends, and people. Purple is the colour of healing, and my mother was a healer.
