Sundried Tomato Paste in Olive Oil

The Dried Tomato Paté in Olive Oil is made from tomatoes dried in the Apulian sun, concentrated in flavor, sweet and deeply characterful, preserved in our own extra virgin olive oil without added sugars or artificial substances. Delicious on bruschetta with a slice of mozzarella, but equally at home in a risotto, as a base for pasta sauce, or as a flavor enhancer with grilled meat.
