This venison is humanely raised in New Zealand on a 100% grass-fed and grass-finished diet. Each rack comes with 8 ribs and frenched bones for a beautifully cut rack. racks are roughly 2.5-3 lbs. each. Free range, minimally processed, no added growth hormones, and wet aged for 21+ days.
