📅 Date: Thursday 23rd April 2026 🕖 Time: 6.30–8.30pm 📍 Location: Fíon Eile 🍷 With: Jasmine Hirsch Join us at Fíon Eile for an evening with Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards, one of the pioneering estates of the Sonoma Coast. Hirsch Vineyards has been farming the rugged ridgelines above the Pacific since the late 1970s, long before the Sonoma Coast had a reputation for Pinot Noir. Jasmine, who has run the estate for over a decade, will be joining us in person to pour through a selection of their wines and talk about what makes this corner of California so distinctive. Over the two hours we'll taste through a range of wines with cheese and charcuterie, and plenty of time to ask questions of someone who really knows this land inside out.
