CURRYFEAST Amboli Flour is gluten free. It is especially prepared by grinding - cleaned, washed and sundried Rice grains, mixed with Udid Dal for the unique flavour. This versatile flour can be used in various ways. Soak the flour with water, keep the batter for 6-8 hrs. Add salt and use it to make Soft and Fluffy Uttapam / Amboli - plain or with vegetables or Dosas of your choice!
