Not every umbrella arrives perfect. In fact, across the retail industry, millions of perfectly usable products are discarded every year because of tiny cosmetic flaws. We think that’s a bit daft. Our perfectly imperfect umbrellas may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as a small chip or mark on the handle, untidy stitching on the sleeve, minor print imperfections, or other things that we think simply makes the umbrella just that little more unique. The important bit? They work exactly as they should. Same canopy, same strength, same rainy-day heroics. Just a little added charm. Because each imperfection is unique, the umbrella you receive will be a bit of a lucky dip. We’ve included example photos, but the exact imperfection will vary from umbrella to umbrella. We check each one by hand, and if it doesn't feel in line with the example photos, we wont send it. Simple as that. And as a thank you for helping us reduce waste, these umbrellas are available with £10 off the usual price. Please note - No returns, exchanges or swaps on perfectly imperfect stock. (We really don't think you'd want to anyway!)
