The Mogiana region, split between the states of Sรฃo Paulo and Minas Gerais, is the most renowned of three major Brazilian growing regions. This region has rolling hills and uneven terrain lending to farms that are small to medium in size. The Bob-o-Link project is named after the transcontinental migratory bird. The Bob-O-Link coffees come from neighborhoods of family farms working together and sharing the same values of Total Quality. From this volume of coffee, a special treat coffee traceable to farms in the community of Pirapitinga. Producers here started focusing on the specialty coffee market and working with an export company called FAF Coffees. The focus has been to implement innovative farm management practices to bring out the best quality.
