El Grifo Brut Nature

A true oenological rarity in the Canary Islands, which El Grifo has been producing and marketing since 1991, establishing itself as a pioneer in the production of long-aged sparkling wines in the archipelago. The Malvasía Volcánica grapes are harvested early so that the alcohol content of the base wine does not exceed 10.5%. A solution of sugar and yeast is added to the wine for a secondary fermentation in the bottle, as per the traditional Champenoise method. It is then aged on its lees for at least two years.
