A Victorian 18ct gold sapphire and diamond ring circa 1870, claw set to the centre with an oval 1.2 carat sapphire and set each side with a trefoil of approximately 90 points of old cut diamonds, K/L/M colour, SI clarity with a scrollwork gallery and shoulders. Current Ring Size: N 1/2 Weight: 4.3grams The head of the ring is 8mm north to south.
