Brewed with a blend of Ale, Vienna, Light Crystal, Biscuit, Supernova, and Dark malts, it carries a soft biscuity backbone with hints of toffee and caramel. Llallemand NovaLager yeast gives it a clean, medium body, pleasant finish with gentle bitterness. The hops itself brings a touch of brightness and notes are rather on dark forest fruit .
