Pouilly Fume

Château de Tracy has been a family business since the 14th century. The family purchased the vineyards in the year 1396. Best known for producing elegant white wines made primarily from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The vineyard sits on limestone-rich soils that give its wines a distinctive mineral character, freshness, and crisp acidity, often associated with some of the finest expressions of Pouilly-Fumé. Owned by the Tracy family for centuries, the estate has a long tradition of careful viticulture and modern winemaking techniques that aim to preserve purity of fruit and a strong sense of terroir. Pouilly-Fumé is a crisp, precise Sauvignon Blanc showing aromas of lime, grapefruit, green apple, and gooseberry, along with the region’s signature flinty, smoky minerality. The palate is dry and tightly structured, with bright acidity driving fresh citrus and orchard fruit flavors, touched by subtle floral or white peach notes.
