Hypertherm SmartSYNC / Adapter 45A Mechanized Cutting Cartridge

Made for clean, repeatable CNC cutting on Cyrious Metal Works plasma tables, this 45A mechanized cartridge is optimized for production performance in the 3 mm (1/8″) to 6 mm (1/4″) thickness range. Staying within the recommended range helps preserve cut speed and edge quality, and selecting the correct amperage for the material you cut most often helps extend cartridge life and reduce consumable changeouts. Compatibility: Works with SmartSYNC torches for Powermax65/85/105 SYNC systems, and with Duramax torches on Powermax45 XP/65/85/105 systems when used with a torch adapter. It can also be used on hand torches when a stand-off cut is desired. When using a mechanized cartridge with an adapter on a Duramax machine torch, refer to the cartridge adapter cut chart guide (811300MU). Optional ohmic ring torch height sensor kits are also available.
