This elevation, combined with the region’s volcanic soil, steady mountain climate, and slow cherry maturation, creates ideal conditions for producing high-quality Colombian specialty coffee with remarkable clarity and balance. Through Cofinet, we collaborate with approximately 65 dedicated coffee producers across the Meseta de Popayán. Our model prioritizes long-term partnerships rather than transactional purchasing. By paying above-market prices, we recognize the care, expertise, and pride farmers bring to their work. This relationship-driven approach helps strengthen sustainable coffee farming in Colombia while maintaining consistent quality from harvest to harvest.
