The cult-favorite Dero Syrah (often referred to as 'DERO') is the flagship, small-batch red wine produced by Phase Three Wines, a family-run operation based on the Flaxman Valley/Eden Valley border in South Australia. Deep and complex, it generally bursts with blackberry, dark plum, and blueberry fruit, complemented by spice, purple florals, and fine, powdery tannins.
